David is an owner in Solex HCM, a Human Capital Management consulting firm and Solex HRC, a Human Resources consulting firm. David enjoys working with employers who seek to streamline their workforce management, including compliant payroll, and increase their employee engagement using the isolved platform. David is an entrepreneur who is also involved in helping many early-stage businesses scale in various advisory capacities. David holds degrees from Boston University, Providence College, and Malden Catholic HS. David enjoys living in Plymouth, MA and visiting the lakes region of NH. David is married to Kimberly and they have two adult children, Alyssa and Ben.
